What to compare in a custom hockey uniform quote.

Use the same specification when reviewing fit, decoration, quantity, and delivery with a uniform supplier.

Make the comparison specific

Two hockey jersey quotes can describe different products even when both say custom. Write a common brief and send the same version to each supplier. Include quantity, intended fit, crest treatment, player names, number layout, and the delivery deadline.

Ask what the price includes and what would change it. A written specification is easier to assess than a collection of verbal assurances.

Ask about the garment

  • Which fabric and construction are being quoted?
  • How is the team crest applied?
  • Are nameplates and numbers included?
  • What size chart applies, and how are goalie sizes handled?
  • Can you review a sample or detailed garment measurements?

Ask about the order

Check minimum quantities, how artwork approval works, and when the production schedule begins. If additional players are likely, ask how a later reorder would be priced and matched. Make sure delivery charges and the delivery destination appear in the written quote.

Evaluate the response as well as the price

A useful supplier response resolves the open questions in your brief. If something is unclear, ask for a written answer before you commit. Veloce’s team can work through your required jersey, fit, customization, and timing details so your program has a concrete order to review.
